Data Deletion Request

Section 1 — How to Request Deletion

If you have interacted with Rivs Home through our website, Facebook Messenger chatbot, or estimate form and would like your personal data deleted, you can submit a request by:

• Emailing us at info@rivshome.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
• Including your full name and the email or phone number associated with your request

Section 2 — What We Delete

Upon a verified request we will delete your name, email address, phone number, service address, and any messages or notes associated with your inquiry from our records within 30 days.

Section 3 — Exceptions

We may retain certain data if required by Connecticut or federal law, or if needed to resolve an open dispute or outstanding payment.

Section 4 — Confirmation

We will send a confirmation email once your data has been deleted. If you do not receive confirmation within 30 days, please follow up at info@rivshome.com.
